Data Centers Web Marketing Northwest utilizes servers maintained by ServPlus, LLC. ServPlus, LLC maintains servers in Four separate Tier 1 datacenters. Our technicians have actual physical access to all servers and networking equipment that we manage. In our Los Angeles facility, we have multiple gigabit connections to our upstream providers to ensure rock solid network stability and capacity. We operate out of one of the largest carrier hotels in the world. They have every major bandwidth player in the facility, and it's like a buffet line, where we can pick and choose who we want to use. We have a cage on the 11th floor which is 11x14 and holds up to 10 cabinets. We have 1 networking cabinet, which is where all of the data goes in/out. We get our IP transit from 2 Cisco 12008 GSR's which are connected via multiple gigabit fiber uplinks to our distribution switches (2 Cisco 2948G-L3's). Each cabinet is prewired and connected to our main distribution cabinet so it's plug and play. Each cabinet has it's own switch, we prefer a layer 2 switch in each cabinet. All of our servers are hooked up to APC remote reboot ports in the event that they lockup for any reason. We have 24/7 access to our private facility via keycard access. You cannot get into the elevator of the building without passing security. The elevator is key card activated too, so if your card isn't scanned, you can't go anywhere. In our Dallas facility, we have multiple gigabit connections to our upstream providers to ensure rock solid network stability and capacity. We operate out of one the well-known INFOMART telecom hotel near downtown Dallas. Specializing in datacenter and hosting facilities, INFOMART is home to multiple datacenters including MCI, Level 3, Equinix, Verio, Switch & Data, Verizon, DataSides, and more. The building sits atop three redundant electrical grids from TXU delivering diverse power to each quadrant of the building. HVAC needs are supplied via five one hundred ton onsite water chillers to deliver N+1 cooling requirements. Home to over twelve switch sites and thirty-five different carriers, INFOMART houses technology and telecom related businesses in a complex communications ecosystem. With room for over 5000 dedicated servers, the private N+1 datacenter facility incorporates the following infrastructure: 2000 amps 480v Input Power, Parallel 500Kva UPS Battery Backup Units, 2000Kw Diesel Generator with Onsite Fuel Storage, Redundant Liebert 20 Ton HVAC Units, Pre-Action Dry Pipe Fire Suppression, Proximity Security Badge Access, and Digital Security Video Surveillance. In our Ashburn, VA facility, we have multiple gigabit connections to our upstream providers to ensure rock solid network stability and capacity. A combination of biometric hand geometry readers, an encrypted database and visual confirmation ensure that only authorized individuals have appropriate access to the data center. Because authorized personnel must pass through biometric hand scanners at every access point, we are able to keep track of where and when someone has entered and exited the facility. Our Ashburn data center has been engineered to avoid any single point of failure. With uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and emergency backup diesel generators, our electrical distribution system is designed to power your systems, even during a blackout. UPS systems prevent power spikes, surges and brownouts while redundant backup diesel generators provide additional fuel to keep the data center powered up in the event that public utility fails. The entire electrical system has built-in redundancy to guarantee continuous operation. The overall system is N+1 redundant, including each component within the parallel electrical systems. Our Secaucus, NJ facility is the only facility that we do not have actual techs on the ground. We rely on fast remote support and have contracted on site techs maintain equipment. Powered by a mesh of 1Gbps Ethernet connections and connected to multiple Tier 1 IP backbone providers the InterServer data center uses only the best routing and switching equipment from Juniper Networks and Extreme Networks for maximum throughput. Intelligent Routing :: InterServer utilizes intelligent BGPv4 routing protocol to provide fastest, fail-safe routing. They route traffic to the fastest and closest backbone provider to achieve the best speed with the lowest latency. Redundancy :: Along with full automatic redundancy of BGPv4, they maintain N+1 ( needed + 1 ) network upgrade policy to ensure that we always have a spare router and/or connection available for immediate fail-over during unexpected situations.
